Shipping and pickup

Shipping

We ship anywhere in Canada. To make sure you get exactly what you want at the best price we can manage, we send you a shipping estimate along with a confirmation — a last chance to triple-check there are no typos or mistakes on anything customised. Shipping within Alberta is usually under $10.

How ordering works

1. You send your request. Nothing is charged.
2. We work out the shipping and email you the total, with your details to check over.
3. You send the e-Transfer.
4. We make it, and it's shipped or ready to collect.

Pickup

If you're in Milk River, pick it up at the door and pay nothing for delivery. Wait to hear that it is boxed before coming by.

How long it takes

Everything is made once you order it, so it depends on what else is on the bench at the time. Working to a date — a tournament, a birthday — say so when you order and it gets taken into account.

If something isn't right

If a name comes out wrong, tell us. Whether it was our mistake or a typo on the order, we would rather hear about it than not.
